I've found that practicing outside is the most peaceful way to connect with my surroundings and to quiet the mind. Getting off my mat and onto the a yoga-specific paddleboard allows me to challenge my practice and remove myself from my busy life of work and kids.

Hi everyone! My name is Trisha and I manage marketing and merchandising for Stand on Liquid. I've also been practicing yoga for 11 years and have found that practicing outside is the most peaceful way to connect with my surroundings and to quiet the mind. Getting off my mat and onto the a yoga-specific paddleboard allows me to challenge my practice and remove myself from my busy life of work and kids. 
 
With the recent opening of the Cascade Lakes Highway, I loaded up my board, the 10' Namaste inflatable, and headed to Lava Lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing to be out on the water practicing. With its round nose, flat tail, and most important, 36” width, the Namaste is super stable and yet easy to maneuver. I'm excited for summer weather to get back out on the lake!
