No tools needed, the Deck Rigging Kit attaches to flat fiberglass surfaces. Kit includes four EZ plugs, super glue, instructions, and a 9' bungee cord, allowing for up to 20" between EZ-Plugs. For easy adjustment and tension setting, loop knot the end of the bungee.
