I purchased this board as a quick fix to replace my previous board that was stolen :( Customer service over the phone was quick and responsive and the board shipping was fast! This board is shorter and lighter than my last which so far has been perfect for casual river floating and easy transport. I do want to mention that the carrying backpack that came with the package is pretty terrible if you are actually trying to hike or walk some distance with it, just saying. Overall the board is great for it's price point!

I was very excited to use my new SUP for my trip in Northern Michigan. After inflating it up and getting it ready to take out on the water, I discovered that a screw was missing. This piece was necessary to attach the main fin and it was not shipped with the paddle board in the original packaging. I called the company and they offered to ground ship the piece to me free of charge, but I was not able to utilize it for the trip that I bought the paddle board for unfortunately. With making this large of a purchase, one would expect all of the parts to be included in the delivery. It was a bummer! With that being said, I have taken it out twice and have enjoyed my time on it now that I have the piece.

A little embarrassing but decided to share. The board looked and felt fine at about 9 psi so I stopped pumping. Didn't know what I was missing until my daughter followed the instructions and inflated to 15 psi. HUGE difference! Now its easy to paddle with little to no flex from the board.
